- Login to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/connectors
- Add a connector to allow emails from the IP address of your office
- Login to the Kyocera web console with username: Admin password: Admin. Note capitalisation in both.
- Go to Function Settings -> E-mail and configure as shown below
- SMTP Server name: yourcompany.mail.protection.outlook.com (you can get this from your dns records)
- SMTP Port Number: 25
- Authentication protocol Off
- Confirm SMTP Security is set to STARTTLS
In your SPF DNS record add the ip4: record for your ip address used in the connector above
v=spf1 ip4:<Static IP Address> include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all
- Test the connection to confirm it comes back OK. Submit at the bottom of the page to save the settings.
- In the Address book you can now add emails addresses for the users.
- Test scanning to email to confirm it comes through.
