Configure Yealink MP56 phone with 3CX

• Login to the web interface on the phone with the default username: admin password: admin
• Go to the Hybrid Mode > Basic
• Switch ON Hybrid Mode and Quick ball
• Confirm and reboot phone

• In 3CX create an extension and add an IP phone. Choose the Yealink T57W

• If the phone is on the same LAN as a 3CX internally hosted server choose Local LAN/VPN.
• Otherwise, you can use the default Connect directly.

• Once you have added the IP Phone in 3CX check the Provisioning link.
• You can use DHCP option 66 to assist auto provisioning by copying the first part of the link address

• For the string value you will enter https://mycompany.3cx.com.au:5001/provisioning in your DHCP server in the Scope Options

• If hot using DHCP, copy the full URL customised for the specific IP phone.
• Login to the MP56. Under settings paste the provisioning link to Server URL

• Confirm the settings and scroll to the bottom and Press Auto Provision Now
• The phone will restart which takes 5 minutes or so.
• Check the account registration menu and confirm calls in and out to that extension.
