How do I find my routers IP address?

To find the IP address of your router in windows

• Go to Start
• Run
• Enter “cmd”
• You will get a black command screen
• Enter “ipconfig”

Look for the default gateway address. This will be the address of your router. Typically most routers default address is 192.168.0.1, 192.168.0.254, 10.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.138 (for Telstra Wire ADSL routers)
