King Computer Solutions to acquire Sharpe IT

Sharpe IT has agreed to sell its current business to King computer solutions with the deal due to be finalised on 14th Feburary 2011. With the principal Adam Sharpe looking to move in to a Forensics business he was looking for an organisation with the professional skills and commitment to customer satisfaction that could take good care of the existing client base.

This acquisition builds on previous business purchases of Silverdata IT solutions and Tilda Communications. The extra clients to support means King computer solutions is looking for additional IT staff to maintain its responsive support of customers.
